YGS Guitars

The real mystery about these guitars is why they exist at all. They seem so similar to the Pacificas which were also in production at the same time. There are two models the YGS 112P and The YGS 112T both made in Taiwan. According to the archives the 112P was made from Nov 1993 to 1994 and the 112T from Nov 1993 to 1994 however the T appears in the 1995 catalogue.
These are essentially Pacifica bodies and necks with different logos etc usual 41 mm nut width etc. They did not appear anywhere in the western world so seem to be for the domestic or at least the Asian market.
